Staff pays attention to detail and it was extra relaxing!!

I got the basic head massage and it was very relaxing.  They shampoo your hair and massage of scalp with good pressure and then massage your shoulders, chest and arms/hand while water is flowing on your scalp. Then they condition your hair and then blow dry your hair so its not wet when you leave.  Would def return!

Place was clean and spacious. The staff was friendly but kind of rushing through the process it felt like. If you have curly hair, they try to accommodate. It would be nice to know what products they use to clean your hair before they start. The hair brushing during the wash was a bit aggressive. At the end they dry your hair (not a blow out) but if you have curly hair they try to accommodate. I used a groupon and i always tip but they are very aggressive and rude about it. They have a sign that says please tip 15% of your service… which if it’s $65 and i left the correct tip for 2 people … yet they were very adamant and basically declared more so i had to zelle $15 which is OVER the tipping percentage. I work in the service industry and i try to accommodate the best i can but the tipping was a bit aggressive, i would never treat my customers like that.

This place is amazing! I don't know why there are so many negative reviews. You're not paying city prices for a full service salon. You can't beat the price for what you get. Don't expect a full on blowout at the end, they'll lightly dry your hair. If you're into head, neck and shoulder pampering and have realistic expectations just try it and thank me later :)

We took our daughter here for her birthday and  she absolutely loved it! The staff were so welcoming and gave the most amazing head massages ever.    I literally almost fell asleep because it was so relaxing.   Between the light relaxing music to the massaging of the head, shoulders and arms to the warm water, everything was amazing! The staff even gave my daughter a cute foldable brush as a present for her birthday.    We can’t wait to come back soon for some more pampering! They have Groupons too, which is a plus! Check this place out.   You’ll love it!

I had one hour very comfortable and sensational scalp spa for $49.99.  The place is new and clean.  The lady had tender and skillful figures .  She focused on the acupressure points while massaging the scalp .  After the massage, I was treated with full blast of hot water spa.  For those have not yet tried the head/scalp spy, it’s like a full body spa but emphasizing clean the scalp and hairs including steam mist for the hairs and light shoulder massage .  A good place to relax .  Recommend this place for its value and enjoyment .

We had excellent hair care, they gave us a hair treatment and massage for my head, neck, and shoulder, and we felt relaxed. Honestly, they are professional! I will go next time definitely.
